Offering an incredible discount for stays during the exterior renovation at Pacific Monarch, as well as construction on the pool, BBQ, and Jacuzzi areas, which will be unavailable during this period. From Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM, there will be noise and dust due to the exterior renovation. Additionally, there may be periods when access to the balcony is restricted.

As a result of these construction activities, we are offering a 1-bedroom, Ocean View unit at an exceptional rate of just $100 -$150 per night (normally $300)!

Great value

This room and property fit the bill. Daily rate was discounted due to exterior painting and pool renovations. Less than 3 blocks to beach. Balcony had unobstructed views of ocean. Will stay here again

Great location and view! (THAT’S IT) Prepare to be uncomfortable: The window unit AC isn’t large enough for the condo. To keep the condo at a decent temperature all curtains and drapes must remain closed. Only (3) sets of bath towels were allocated to our party of three. I asked manager for extra towels and offered to pay for them. The response was “Unfortunately not, one per guest and you can use the coin laundry room to wash our towels.” We didn’t plan on doing laundry a few times in a 9 night stay. After leaving the beach, hiking, and other excursions you want to come into an air conditioned condo and take a shower with clean towels.

This property had a great view. It was clean and close to everything! Great location. It was tiny, the toilet and sink leaked and the AC did not work very well. It is pretty noisy at night as well.

Perfect space in the perfect location

As soon as you enter the place you are amazed by the breathtaking view of Waikiki. The location is perfect, the beach, the restaurants, and chairs, umbrellas and surfboards rentals. The place was clean and had well furnished. Beds were confortable but my son complained a little about the sofa bed. If you plan to cook like I did, you will miss somethings like a cutting board. I was expecting to find coffee filters/coffee/sugar like in other places I rented. Also no salt and pepper. Perhaps I was just used to find those in the past but a run to ABC store solved the missing things (not the cutting board problem). The remote control batteries were dead but we manage using the buttons on the cable device. But who cares about those details when you are a couple of blocks to the beach, the weather is perfect and you have that perfect view from the lanai? I definitely recommend this place.
