Serene 5 Star Hotel!
Went for a quick weekend get away for my birthday and the property is immaculate. The staff was very friendly and surprised me with a birthday dessert plate in my room. I loved the property, however I wish it were justa bit more lively at the pool, music would have been wonderful. Otherwise great property, especially if you like quiet serene atmospeheres.

Kalai has definitely made my trip a lot less stressfull with 2 toddlers. Valet and bellhop helped lighten our load upon arrival. And the little things like stepping stool in bathroom, plushies and diaper/shower kit, arts & craft events made it pleasant for the ones. All in all- very friendly staff and prompt service Would definitely recommend

This was a really nice property that was less than 5 minutes to the beach and shopping. The view from our room was awesome, and we appreciated the Japanese style bathrooms in the room, with soaking tub and a separate shower.

Our first time in Hawaii and I have been to many hotels and this is the best Hotel i have been to. Room is very clean furnaced with all you need for a couple or groups. Staffs are professional and customer service skill is great overall, we agree to rate this hotel with 5stars. Thank you.

Perfection. Stayed here for a weeks with several friends. Impeccable staff and facilities. Best location. Food for breakfast and at the restaurant, including sushi was outstanding.Highly recommend!!

Perfect location. Exceptional service and beautiful room! Super comfortable. Just no spa if you’re looking for a spa experience… had a good massage but they don’t have an actual spa and the pool is small. Great for a long term stay.
