Alot of history for the history buffs like myself. Beautiful dining and lobby with music and a nice bar. The hotel staff are always polite and and seem to love this history as much as my wife and I. Also, if you're lucky, you may meet a visitor that isn't exactly "with us."

Mismatched tub, sink and toilet and other antiquated things in the tub area. Carpet appeared to be cleaned back in the ‘30’s - maybe. A total waste of my money to stay at this dump. Will be sure to warn anyone that thinks they want to visit this place.

I’ve been staying at the Arlington for years and it had gotten a little run down ! but the remodel is going great we had a nice large remodeled room that was very nice while still keeping the old nostalgia, pools have been remodeled also and the bar has great drinks

Carpet, faucets, other plumming fixtures, wood doors, and the tile floor in the bathroom are in terrible shape.... I suppose you could call it "vintage" to be nice, but they really need to rework the rooms. Faucet had no water pressure and bathing was not a pleasant experience. However, the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Aslo, the overall service and ambiance of the hotel were wonderful and I will probably stay there again next time I go to Hot Springs

This old girl is still our favorite in Hot Springs. If you actually take the time to understand this place, and keep in mind her age… you will have a great time here. Easiest place to get a ride, and walkable to everything on The Row. We love this hotel!

Family Trip In The Arlington
Family of 4. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Arlington. Rooms are a little dated but it adds to the historic charm of the hotel. Staff was all very friendly and helpful. Night life in the lobby is awesome with the bar and dancing and music. Alot of fun. A must stay for anyone who loves history.

Good Historical hotel
Is a historic hotel. Expect old but clean. Was within walking distance from food, coffee, shops and nightlife. Important to us . Nice outdoor pool and hot tub area

The Arlington is beautiful! The lobby is great with live entertainment in the evening. We loved the dining experience. However the room made me feel like i was at Grandmas house lol Pink walls 3 different colors of furniture pieces. Which ok. The bed was very comfortable. Then the bathrooms last update was probably the 50s. Lol including the plumbing. I would go back again but heard they've been renovating. So maybe ask for one of those rooms!

I know the property and rooms are being renovated, but you should not put guests in a room that has renovations happening in the rooms on BOTH side of the guests room! And they started work on the rooms every morning at 7am! They also need to check the mini fridge in the room when a guest checks out. We opened it and there was a half bottle of water and a cup of water left behind from the last guest.
