Great stay in NRG area

Easy check in/out and great location. The host guided me throughout the process by phone or text messages. They were always available for any questions.

Great quick stay

Host was super attentive and kind with assisting us get to the apartment. Although, we didn’t stay in the apartment advertised due to plumbing issues. The one we stayed in was ok. Honestly, it was a bit dirty. No coffee machine which was strange to me.. We were in and out for one night, so it was overall good for a quick stay and a safe parking garage.

The property manager was great and answered the phone immediately so no complaints there, but, upon arrival we were notified that we were not staying in this room that we booked but rather in another room due to plumbing issues. The room that we did stay in had some things broken in the apartment that did not work great, there was nothing on the walls so it felt empty, and there were no typical conveniences such as a coffee maker, a toaster, or any cooking pans. The bed mattress was very old and had springs in it. The shower was wide open to the bathroom with no door or curtain so water got everywhere when showering. We had to walk to get coffee and cooking supplies and the neighborhood was not the best so I had to escort my wife everywhere. Parking was on the 6th floor of the garage which makes it a hassle to get in and out. Overall, it isn't a bad rental for a day or two but we wished we would have just rented a Hotel Room in the area.

Good!

It was such a beautiful place, tho I do wish it had more of necessary stuff such as shampoo in case anyone forgets theirs. But other than that the owner was very polite replied on time! Will definitely book again soon.

Girl’s Getaway!

We decided to do a staycation and the apartment was perfect! Plenty of room, open concept, close to everything we wanted to do! Christopher was friendly and always available for questions!

Overall the apartment was clean but there was quite a bit of hair in the bathroom floor. It did not appear that the floors had been swept or vacuumed. There was some opened drinks and sauces in the refridgerator, while these were technically still good they were opened and someone elses. No iron. The kitchen did have the very basics. I have stayed in many places with fully stocked kitchens that had a lot more than this one. With all this being said I would stay here again.

Great location

We hoped this would be within walking distance to the NRG Stadium & it was! Sidewalk all the way. Took about 15 minutes! Also within walking distance is a Kroger, Walgreens, Olive Garden, Smash Burger, & Taco place!

Day Trip to Houston

The property was clean, in a good location, parking was available but not covered. Room was spacious with plenty of amenities. Overall a perfect place to stay for a weekend trip.
