Amazing customer service! AJ was friendly and accommodating. Loved the brand new appliances. Comfortable beds and pillows and plenty of bath towel we did not have breakfast because wife was fasting for surgery. Overall stay was great!

The TV didn't work at all. First, one of the remotes was unresponsive, turns out the batterie were dead and I had to go down stairs to get more batteries. After getting that situated, the wifi was not connecting to the tv and there was no way to connect it using the remote. Ended up having to hook up my hot spot from my cell phone to be able to watch anything on the tv. Also the smell of fabulous down stairs was so overpowering it gave me a headache.

Only thing we didn’t like about the stay was we had to take cold showers at night and hot showers in the morning they say it was like that due to the latest hurricane

Front Desk was Great!
Our stay here was shortly after a hurricane and there was No Internet, No Hot Water, No Elevator and our TV was broken. Older property in NW Houston, dark parking lot and people hanging around in the lot. The only thing that was good was the girl at the front desk.

High price. Low service.
Very high nightly rate for what they offer. they took advantage of the storm and the fact that many people had no power. The elevator was not working, the breakfast was horrible and no wifi, maybe all due because of the storm but don't raise your prices if you cant offer a good service.
