Disappointing for the cost of 1 night. there was onsite parking It was mentioned they had an area up the road. However Valet would not take your car there. It was up to us to local and drive our to the parking location. Asked for room service twice. Again had to follow up. Again due to price no mini bar available or food orders from Room Service. Value for money rating- 0 Would I stay here again- No I booked the Park Royal because I have had pleasant experiences in the past Very disappointing

I stayed in a comfortable and spacious club room and had access to the club lounge for breakfast and evening hors d'oeuvres and beverages. The club lounge team, including Helen, Reza, and Hailey, were wonderful--so helpful and friendly. The concierge team was also excellent. I enjoyed my 6 days there very much.

Staff in the club lounge bent over backwards to help me. I have coeliac disease and they were great in making sure everything was gluten free for me including bringing me toast from a separate area with Gf toaster. The guys were so lovely in the lounge and really made our stay! Our room was nice too and the hotel was in a good location.

This hotel must have very good glazing on the glass facade because I didn’t hear any traffic noise whatsoever. The location is great and the hotel has an excellent car drop off/pick up area at the entry which is very spacious. Staff were great.
