Excellent location. Very close to the Harbour. You can go in any direction and get plenty of dinning options, shopping etc. Hotel is very clean and has a very friendly and helpful staff. I will definitely stay here again.

Well priced and excellent value.
We booked the executive suite at the PARKROYAL Darling Harbour as we had a two night stay with kids who could share a pull out sofa bed and this was the cheapest option near Christmas. We were very pleasantly surprised by what we got! The room was spacious and well appointed. The bathroom was huge with a full size bath separate to the shower. We were extremely pleased to find there was a separate toilet in the loungeroom area so the kids didn’t have to come into our room at night for the bathroom. All the staff were super nice and the buffet breakfast had a really good variety. The proximity to Darling Harbour and the city was perfect. Highly recommend. We were very happy.

Great place to stay near Darling Harbor. The staff is great and guide you through the best way to go about your day (first time visitors). The breakfast buffet is great too. Plenty of options to eat around including few minutes walk to China Town. Very conveniently located near Darling Harbor where you can eat, drink, visit sea world or catch ferries to different locations including Opera House, Mainly Beach, etc

Overall, we had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The location is excellent with convenient transportation options, and the room was quiet, which ensured a good night’s sleep. We particularly appreciated the two queen-size beds, which were very comfortable. However, there were a couple of aspects that we found unusual and slightly inconvenient. The bedding was not what we expected—rather than using a proper duvet cover, the blanket was wrapped in two sheets. This was something we hadn’t encountered before. Additionally, the valet parking service could be improved. Guests should be informed about parking fees upfront during the parking process, rather than having to discover the charges on their own. This lack of transparency was a bit disappointing. Despite these points, we enjoyed our stay and would consider returning in the future if these small details are addressed.

Amazing hotel. The club lounge is a great perk as well if you book a club room. Breakfast is good but can get a bit hectic like most places. So close to multiple dining options at darling harbour and Chinatown. Fantastic location and the staff are wonderful.

Rooms are clean and staff is friendly and approachable. Hotel is about a 12-15min walk to chinatown and darling harbour area. It is on the bottom end of the slope while the top end of the slope leads to the townhall, its station, the queen victoria building and woolsworth etc which are along George st.
