Disappointing for the cost of 1 night. there was onsite parking It was mentioned they had an area up the road. However Valet would not take your car there. It was up to us to local and drive our to the parking location. Asked for room service twice. Again had to follow up. Again due to price no mini bar available or food orders from Room Service. Value for money rating- 0 Would I stay here again- No I booked the Park Royal because I have had pleasant experiences in the past Very disappointing

The next room people checked in (or came in) around 3am and never shut up! I only stayed 1 night so I just tried to put the pillow over my head to get through the night! I feel sorry for the lovely staff so I did not mention it when checking out.

Room was advertised as sleeping 4 people- sofa bed was so uncomfortable and the springs were coming through the mattress. Complained and was given a trundler bed which was comfortable. Staff were friendly. Buffet breakfast good. Nice location close to Darling Harbour.

A great location, easy access to Darling Harbour. Quiet well-appointed room, although the bed was very soft, Used express check out but needed to speak with reception to pay for Vallet parking. All should have been done via the express check out.
