Front desk was nice. The room needs to be renovated. Housekeeping doesn't make the bed nice at all. The bed skirts were torn and need to be replaced

I was told when I got there after I made sure I put in pet friendly in Expedia that they don’t accept pets so the manager told me he would give me a full refund, but I needed to find somewhere else to stay. I didn’t even get checked in so I would like a refund.

The floors were very dirty. There is mold in the bathroom and overall had a smell to it. Breakfast was great and it was comfortable to sleep in but overall not very clean.

Terrible hotel
1. The door to the room was broken and could only be opened with the manager's key: you had to ask the manager to open the door each time. 2: the carpet was dirty and not even vacuumed. 3: no microwave in the room and disgusting coffee machine full of Curry powder!! 4:8am there was no more butter for breakfast, no more bread... and the manager said there was no more in stock. I regret my choice, never seen such a hotel! I want compensation.
