Fine stay close to the airport for an early flight. Very basic rooms, but clean. The only bummer was they didn’t serve breakfast or have any to go options at 5am when we needed to leave. Breakfast starts a little later.

My flight home got canceled on Christmas night and I booked a room through Expedia and was told by the lady at the front desk that she was preparing my room and she’d send me a shuttle. When I got there an hour later, she told me she didn’t have my reservation and they were full. I spent 2 hours working with Expedia to resolve the issue, largely in delay to the front desk lady refusing to answer the phone. So I was switched to another hotel (at 1AM) and halfway to my new hotel, the lady calls me to say my reservation came in and I can come back. I found this strange as she had told me and other guests the hotel was completely booked. NOWWW all of sudden she has a room and my reservation magically appears after I leave. For whatever reason, that lady did not want me in your hotel and frankly, it worked out because I should never stay anywhere I’m not welcomed as a paying guest. I understand the pressures of working alone and having frustrated customers but her attitude was nasty and her tone condescending. I have NEVER experienced anything like this and frankly I don’t want anything from you but you should know who is handling your front desk and is the first impression for your guests

Kind concierge, but gross hotel
Do not stay in this hotel!! The bed in our first room had dirty sheets, as evidenced by the hairs. The concierge gave us another room, but that bed also had dirty, hairy sheets. She then gave us clean sheets so we could make our own bed. After a long day of travel interrupted by a storm, the last thing I wanted to do was remove someone else’s dirty sheets and make my own bed in a hotel room I paid for. The faucet in the bathtub was detached from the wall so water was spewing out of the tub even when using the shower head. The concierge was helpful and responsive. She was the only positive aspect of our stay.

The location is convenient for the airport. If I could give a negative star I would. I read reviews and decided to reserve this room. Nonetheless, upon arrival there was stains on the sheets. The front desk provided new sheets that also had stains, there was a used condom under his bed, bad smell in the atmosphere, there was NO HOT WATER to shower, even stains on the floors. Extremely uncomfortable, considered moving to the hotel across the way which also seemed to be in the same condition. I ended up having to use clothes from my suitcase to cover my pillow case and slept fully clothed. I was not able to relax at all! NEVER AGAIN!!!!! If there’s sheets with stains THROW THEM AWAY AND BUY NEW ONES!!!!! Very deceiving, the front lobby was clean and presentable, once you get to the rooms you can forget the rest

The room smelled musky. The shower head had a stream coming down, making it hard to not flood bathroom! Had to adjust the toilet value, because toilet was running constantly. Side door let you out of building, but key didn't work to let you back in. The breakfast buffet was AWFUL!!! NO BISCUITS OR BAGELS, SAUSAGE WAS DISGUSTING! Very little to choice from! Other than that, good!
