The price I paid is worth it. It was quiet during the weeknights I stayed. Bathroom is clean. The shower jets feel so relaxing. My only complaint is a missing security latch lock and/or “do not disturb” signs so that staff cleaners cannot get in when you’re inside.

Take my advice it was nice.
The manager was very polite and kind. My first room the A/C wasnt working and he Immediately.Change me to another. In that room the remote control need batteries.He replaced the batteries for me also. The room was real clean and very, very nice room and at all. The amenities, including good soap. Good shampoo, great water pressure. The bed was extremely comfortable. It's very quiet.

It is exactly what you would/should expect from a low cost motel. A bit old, rundown, could use some TLC here and there. HOWEVER.... the bed was comfy, the linens were clean, good TV selection, and the toilet was clean. Would I stay here with my wife, NO. but for a quick, cheap, overnight place close to the medical center for me. Perfect. I might stay here again should the need arise.

Dirty.
It was dirty. Floor was dirty. Toilet was dirty ( i was able to wipe feces off the toilet seat. I avoided using it because of that.) The whole place was unsanitary. The only thing that was clean was the bed sheets and other textiles, thank goodness. Packing tape was used to fix a towel rack in the bathroom. Duct tape on the window in the room itself. I would of been better off at a motel 6.

Unexpected stay
We were in a situation where our choice hotels were all booked up due to storm situation and ended up here out of necessity. I was skeptical of the hotel as it is an aged mom n pop hotel. However, the owners were very accomodating and reassuring so we stayed. The rooms were very clean, the noise level was very quiet. I give them a solid thumbs up. Small and older hotel, upkeep and cleanliness were a big plus. I would stay again. Hard working mom n pop.

Its the little things.
Check in started ok, but we figured out our doors deadbolt was put 1/2 higher than the hole and did work. Went back to change rooms and the desk lady gives attitude.. " noone can open from the outside just use the extra safety bar ". Maybe so, but id like all the ssfety features i pay for. 2nd room smelled like weed, only one light fixture worked in the sink area, and the bed sounded like sheet medal being rattled when we moved. Lastly, went to pull down the flat sheet from the fitted and it looked like it had not been cleaned.
