Location is just nice, a lots of restaurant in the surrounding area. The downside would be there is no elevator in the property and it would be difficult to carry big luggage to the upper floor. There is no bath towel provided, only hand towel.

1. The room is spacious and sparkling clean (the cleanest homestay ever). 2. Most of the basic amenties are provided (including drinking water!!). 3. Host is very friendly and helpful. 4. Many good local food store nearby, located just within walking distance. Definitely will go back if we visit Hualien again! Recommended!!!

老闆人超好，我們很晚才到還等我們check-in. 真是不好意思，附近超方便要什麼有什麼，樓下就是自助洗衣，整體很安靜，環境也超乾淨，下次去還會在首選這裡👍讚

整體房間很滿意，房間內部發現有放香氛軟膏所以進門的時候房間味道很好問不會有潮濕味會是空房很久的味道，服務人員人也很好很有趣，雖然熱水器的熱水有點不穩定，但整體來說很滿意

最喜歡這間民訴的棉被，覺得好軟好舒服，非常想要帶回家 區位也很方便，走出去便是熱鬧的街了 但不喜歡燈的開關有點奇怪、看電視的地方也略擠、廁所有臭味，整體洗澡水偏涼。
