Great location. Convenient, clean, modern, close to everything you need. Well equipped - the washing machine and dryer was great. The staff on front desk and cleaning were excellent. The room could use a full length mirror. Unfortunately there was a dog barking for extended periods.

Fantastic spot . Excellent local cafe for coffee in the AM . Small convenience store with a great selection . Room was modern, and almost felt brand new . Beachside Restaurants can be reached via a 20 min walk , or 5 min drive . Will definitely stay there again . Friendly and helpful Housekeeping staff too !

Excellent property in a great location for Sandringham and the Bayarea. Very clean and checkin process was very smooth. Well serviced apartment with everything you could need for an extended stay. Loved our stay here! Very clean, safe and a great location. Access to pool was a plus. Kitchen had everything we needed to make family meals and being located across from an IGA was super helpful. Staff was very nice and courteous as well! Would highly recommend and will stay again if we are in the area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Apartments. Friendly, efficient staff on front desk and very friendly cleaning staff. Apartment was spacious, clean and well set up with everything you could possibly need. All the written communications ( entry and exit) were well written. The little IGA store just across the drive was very convenient and well stocked, also with friendly staff. The swimming pool, sauna and gym were all excellent. We would definitely stay again.

It’s isolated in between 2 villages; Sandringham and Black Rock, the closer being Sandringham but it’s not a walk. This location struck us as good for people visiting friends and/or family close by. Not so much for tourists.
