Huntly accommodation with pool

Had a wonderful overnight stay for Valentine’s Day with our dog Poppy. Poppy had a ball chasing rabbits, smelling everything, meeting resident dog Murphy and the hens. Husband an already wanting to plan another stay! Thank you

Great place friendly staff

I booked the stay at this hotel, as Cosentino The Grand Illusionist performed his show, Decennium, at Ulumbarra Theatre. This hotel was perfect and a short distance from the venue, so that’s why I chose this hotel over others in the area.

Clean and good price

We have chosen to stay in Hotel Shamrock for our 46th wedding anniversary because of its central position and a wonderful feel of yesteryear (we also stayed here in 2018). We were upgraded to Nellie Melba room. A lovely gesture on the part of hotel staff. The room was so spacious we could dance a night away here. The hotel has a few “wrinkles” and “saggy” bits here and there, but the charm is irreplaceable. We will be coming back next year for the irreplaceable charm of the old world and the friendliness and kindness of the staff.
