Terribly noisy from road (have stayed other places on this road without issue) windows do not block noise, freshener in room gave me a headache (I suspect to cover smoking outside doors), shower didn't drain, blind fell down, generally needs an upgrade, although I can see owners making effort. But bed comfortable and flashing ceiling light changed promptly, generally clean. Convenient location.

I personally didn't like the self checking but luckily someone working on the premises came and helped. Would have preferred a proper reception. For one night it was fine, good WiFi and everything it said it provides was there. However room could really do with some TLC. A coat of paint would make quite a difference.

Initial presentation upgrade of living area very nice, but that's where it ends. Shower faulty, sprays like a fountain from above the head leakage. In the morning no basic breakfast facilities kettle does not fit under the tap, no bottled water, no bread, no spreads. overpriced.
