The girl working at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. This is a hostel and was a little too noisy for me. It was very clean though and had a bar and restaurant on site with good food.
The front desk folks were great and patient with us in booking tours. They are very knowledgable about the area as well. The breakfast was awesome, the room we stayed in was perfect, and the rooftop view is phenomenal. We would come back to Ica Adventures II any day!
This is a terrible property, buyer beware spend your money elsewhere

Even in a private room, this is still a hostel
Our room had a comfy king bed, an air conditioner, mini-frig, and abundant hot water. But the wifi slowed to a creak with full occupancy, water pressure was minimal, and the adjacent room had a noisy door that squeaked every time it was opened. There were dorm rooms and common baths on the same floor and the quietness of our room depended on the dorm occupants. Our first night was peaceful except for the squeaky door, the next night noisy because many of the dorm residents were awakened for a tour at 5:30 a.m. with sharp raps on the door and then engaged in loud conversation as they got ready.
The staff are friendly and accommodating and the downstairs supermarket comes in handy. I rented through hotels.com and the listing said the room received daily service but this may have been a hotels.com error. We received no service in 3 days but they were generous about giving us additional towels and shampoo when requested. It would probably be fine for a night but for more than I would recommend a hotel.
We had a comfortable private double room, but the doors were so thin we could hear anything that happened. However the roof terrace and common room was very nice and made meeting new people easy!
The staff was nice and friendly. Nicely decorated. Young and hip. There was always someone cleaning the common area and overall was clean except when someone arrives with lots of sand from huacachina and uses the bathroom. The only thing that was difficult for me is that music was loud and it was pretty noisy (i think washing machines were being used). But it was Friday, and i went to bed early because i had to wake up at 6am for the tour the next day.
Clean and convenient. Though there is 5 mins driving distance away the center, only cost 4 Sol Tuk tuk to the city center. There is also a store downstairs, you can buy water, snacks, etc. You can also book the sand boarding with the hotel. The only thing is you have to take your luggages up the second floor because there is no elevator.
Had a wonderful experience with wonderful accommodation and friendly staff.
We booked a private room form 2 and the room was just simply amazing. It had a pretty good size and a separate balcony which we had to ourselves. It had a huge bathroom and good running shower. They have a common area which also has a shared kitchen. They have a stove, fridge, coffee maker and fully equipped kitchen available for everyone's use. They have a rooftop lounge where they serve breakfast. Good view overlooking the city and very friendly kitchen staff.

Basic but decent for a night or two
The hotel was basic but decent and it was nice to be in a quiet part of town. It was a bit noisy at night but that was due to other inconsiderate guests and not the hotel itself. We were given a bottle of beer on arrival which was a nice gesture and there was a fridge in the room which was useful especially if you go on any of the pisco/wine tours. Don't expect a hotel as it is more of a hostel.

Nice hotel
It was a bit hard to find the hotel but the welcome made up for it. It is conveniently located above a mini market. I was able to buy stuff I forgot to pack. The hotel staff is so helpful. They provided extra blankets and towels when asked. They even help with tour bookings and information. The free breakfast is excellent. The breakfast ladies are so nice and talkative. The wifi signal on the terrace is strong. The only downside is the shared bathroom. The water leaks after showering and sometimes it doesn't get cleaned until the next day. Other than the bathroom issue this is an excellent place to stay. It is close to many restaurants that offer cheap lunch menus. I'm planning on staying here again when I come back to Ica.
The hotel was really nice to stay. I was really surprised how the staff treated me. They were very helpful with all my questions and my needs when I stay at Ica Adventures 2. One of the reason I stayed here was the tourist option they have , so I could go to the great places around the city I wanted to see.
The room was really clean and felt comfortable. If I ever come back to Peru, I will be staying here again. The price was very reasonable.
Was looking for somewhere to stay. This hotel was having a special. Booked for one night. Staff was great very patient with me (my Spanish is horrible!) Room was immaculate. Breakfast was great with an awesome view of the mountains. Worth more than what I paid for it so no complaints here.
I had a great time in this hotel. I had lunch in the sky restaurant and the chef in known in Perú for many locals. Food was delicious and the hotel very clean They offer good tours. I recommend this hotel to everyone that comes to ICA.
