Was a great hotel, only problem is the location, its a bit far from anything, in terms of walking, but there is a free shuttle bus that takes you to the local aeon shopping centre and one to the airport. Highly recommend for families. Great staff, very nice and helpful. Hotel does have a little convience store inside and a little pharamacy too, if you need anything

Clean bed and comfortable stay, convenient airport shuttle bus for early morning flight. Old Aircon system not able to adjust much n is not strong enough...other than this overall is good!

Arriving to Naria in the late afternoon we opted to stay overnight there rather than face the train trip in a jet lag exhausted stage. We chose Natira Toby based on reasonable price and proximity—and upon checking in realized the price included breakfast, making it a very reasonable price. The shuttle wait was not long and the ride about 5 minutes. Check in was very easy. Our room was very clean and looked on greenery ( not a given near the airport). The room was more North American than Japanese in size, with 2 large twins plus a table and chairs. The beds were extremely comfortable. The buffet breakfast had both Japanese and Western food options as well as made to order eggs (omelette, fried). There was a good variety of choices. We took the shuttle back to the airport next morning—the hotel offers a prearranged time choice so there’s no worry about getting a seat. We would definitely use this hotel again on our trip. We w

Excellent Shuttle Service We chose this hotel because of its proximity to the airport and its convenient airport shuttle service. We were pleasantly surprised to learn that the hotel also offers a shuttle to the nearby Aeon Mall and JR Station. The shuttle service was punctual, reliable, and frequent, which made getting around very easy. The hotel truly takes its shuttle service seriously, ensuring guests' convenience and comfort. We would not hesitate to stay here again every time we fly into Japan!

This hotel is conveniently located near Tokyo Airport, with free shuttle buses that run from the airport to the hotel, making it easy to reach. The hotel itself is spacious, and the rooms are large and comfortable. The hotel restaurant offers an impressive selection of dishes, providing plenty of options for dining. However, the biggest drawback is that the hotel turns off its central air conditioning in November, which may be uncomfortable for some guests. Additionally, the WiFi connection is poor throughout the hotel. Whether in the room or the lobby, the internet is intermittent, and it’s difficult to access many websites due to frequent warning messages. This limited connectivity can be quite frustrating, especially for business travellers.
