The check in instructions are specific and clear. The room is big so it took awhile to cool down the room. Don't know how to use the washer since it's all in Korean. It's hard to find the small hotel entrance although the instructions are clear. Everything is good overall.

I love this airtel soooo much!
It's very comfortable, clean, and I really like everything, including the great view of Incheon sea. The view of the sunrise across the corner of the building in the morning is also spectacular.

You need a localguide
Very difficult to find room, no indications. I had to wait for a resident in the building to show me the way to the lift and which floor. Apart from this problem of giving directions once you get off the shuttloe bus from the airport, the accommodations are very good.

Our room was very nice with an incredible view of the city skyline and the planes come into the airport. We stayed here the night before our flight out of ICN. We were pleasantly surprised by how nice the room was. There is no check in desk, just a code to enter on the room keypad. Super easy. I would stay here again.
