It was comfortable stay! It felt like home away home. Super spacious with a separate laundry room. It’s conveniently located in between Insadong and Ikseon Dong. The only downside is it’s a bit outdated but pros outweighs cons.

As first time travellers to Korea and English speaking, this establishment was prefessional and easy to communicate with. The room was clean, excellent, spacious with much storage (we had the one bed apartment). The service was amazing and fast! The staff is helpful and very kind. If ever going back to Korea, I will stay in this hotel again. The area had many markets, food, coffee, anything you needed very close by. I loved the Insadong neighborhood! Thank you for a wonderful hotel experience.

It was good in overall. The staff is kind and polite. The place is clean, but the Bldg needs some updates. The neighbourhood is good on Insadong side but not good on Nakwon shopping side.

Is a wonderful place. My family loved staying here! Very clean and spacious. Right in the heart of the Insadong tourist area with places to eat and shop right outside the door. Grocery stores are right a across the street. Can walk a few minutes to two of the great palaces in Seoul. The help desk was awesome and cleaning was impeccable. I strongly recommend this place. We will be back again!

The location of the property was perfect. The subway station or bus station was not next to hotel, but those were within 3-5 min walking distance. The rooms need to be renovated little bit. Wall paper were coming down little bit, shower door has a little gap.. minor things to touch up.

For a long term family stay at a serviced residence this is one of the best options, with great spacious rooms and superb restaurants and eateries around. The only possible downside is the Pagoda Park nearby is unkempt and occasionally populated by drunken old men, although the police is quite nearby and it does not get too loud or unruly.

We enjoyed our stay, but it would have been even more enjoyable if the pool was open until 10pm (rather than closing at 8pm) and if there were lendable umbrellas available at the front desk given unexpected rainstorms experienced one day.

Our family of 4 booked a 3 bedroom but they didn’t have one available at the time of check in so they upgraded us to the 4 bedroom. When they say bedroom, they are referring to the number of beds and not the number of separate bedrooms. Place was very spacious and we were very happy with our stay. Having 2 full bathrooms and washer/dryer inside the room was a huge plus. Location of the hotel was close to multiple convenience stores, coffee shops, and many restaurants. It’s very lively at night. Can become a little dirty on the side streets.
