I probably won’t use this spot again. The shower was difficult to figure out. The shower head barely worked. The breakfast wasn’t much to be had and I had waited over 10 minutes to check in. There was a spider in the bed. We could hear kids running around and just not overall relaxing.

Nobody at the desk when we went to check in at 4:00pm. Had to wait almost 15 minutes before someone showed up. First room stunk of mildew. We found the fridge door was stuck open and leaking due to huge ice buildup in the fridge component. We went back to an empty desk again and the clerk was slightly rude about us changing our room. I thought I would be nice and tell her about what we found with the fridge and she could not care less. Gave us a new key and off we went. Room was fine. Sunday morning at 8:00am there was a few very young kids in the hallway slamming doors, running up and down the hallway, yelling and screaming. It went on for at least an hour. I looked into the hallway to find parents and no adults around, (probably eating breakfast down the hall), called to the desk to address it, and no answer. Probably will not stay here again.

This motel was the best we have stayed at in our 9 day trip in the upper midwest. The desk clerks were friendly and helpful. The advertised breakfast was actually offered and included a variety of fruit, cereal waffles, and eggs. Decent towels for the shower. Would recommend to others and use again.

Only needed a pit stop to lay our head for the night. Front desk staff is inattentive . I had to get the person’s attention during an evening check- in ( pulling him away from his phone to be assisted. ) In the morning, a bowl is left at the front desk for you to put your room keys so that they do not have to interact with guest. Fine with me, but not welcoming. Hallways in need of vacuuming. No elevator for 2nd floor rooms. Nothing special, but worked for the eight hours we were there.

What was the worst was when I first got there after traveling 3/4 hrs sitting in the heat most of the day for my sons football games then get to the hotel to finally let my kids unwind and the front desk lady was extremely rude and very disrespectful when I told her I was checking in and she said I didn’t have a reservation despite actually having one and showing her all info needed. She was acting like I was lying and just wasn’t very nice and very poor service then from there it just went down hill no elevator for bags or nothing and just not pleasant at all and the lady tried to blame hotel’s website and yet when she talked to them they are the ones who were right and she was wrong

Great stay
The hotel was very clean and would stay here again. It was fully booked, and it was still quite and didn't hear a bunch of doors slamming in the middle of the night or people in the hall. We only had a couple issues in both rooms. The power strip that the fridge was plugged into was out of the wall a little bit, so both of the fridges were not running and had defrosted so there were puddles of water in them. And the other issue was the air conditioner. It was hot and muggy in the rooms. We turned the air down as far as it would go to 64, but it never got cooler then 68 in there, so we had to go buy a fan to help cool it down. Breakfast could have been better, not much of a selection, so we went across the street for breakfast.

I got put on the second floor with only 10 cars in the parking lot. There is NO elevator. The fridge in the room was so loud when it ran I had to shut it off. There was a kleenex container in the bathroom with no tissues. I for one was not going to keep walking up and down the stairs. The breakfast was simple but sufficient. Did I get stuck on the second floor because I got an expedia rate. Its crap when the place is almost empty. I will not be using their hotels again.

I stayed at this hotel for five days. I had issues with the Internet every day. They only made up my room one day even though they said they were going to do it every other day I was there. At times there was no Internet. It was very disappointing because they reviews Said it was better than this
