The hotel was nice, they had a gym & pool. We didn’t use the cafe so not sure about that. Checkin was quick & front desk staff great! The bathroom was moldy in the corners and needed attention.

The staff were great however the room wasn’t. Smelled like smoke, big stains on couch, and the ceiling and vent were disgusting. Very disappointing for a $200 room.

Front desk wasn’t friendly and did not explain anything like breakfast , where pool is and times of that . Also booked this specific hotel for hot tub and come to find out it is out of order . Should have said something at check in . I don’t know just seemed like we were looked down for some reason . Hopefully anyone else doesn’t have same experience. Just a lot of miscommunication
