Very unpleasant checkout out almost immediately. Room floor was dirty asked to be switched rooms was advised no other one available. When opening pull out bed had many crumbs, pill and dirty.

The room was extremely dirty, with toilet water leaking from beneath the toilet and seeping up through the tiles onto the floor whenever the toilet was flushed. The hallway on the third floor constantly smelled unpleasant, like someone was cooking something disgusting. Unfortunately, we had to stay because all nearby accommodations were fully booked due to events in town. On our third night, the situation worsened. Around 3 a.m., the police were called due to a domestic dispute that lasted until about 6:30 a.m. The individual involved returned and began shouting outside, demanding his wife let him back into the room. To make matters worse, the fire alarm’s low battery started beeping every 1-2 minutes during the night. All of this compounded the fact that the room itself was in terrible condition. Almost nothing worked properly, and everything was old, broken, and poorly maintained. It was an incredibly unpleasant experience.

No towels, no blanket, heater broken, stained sheets, no kitchen or cooking equipment at all, furniture broken, hard spring bed, bad pillows.

It was an economical place to stay. You get what you pay for. We knew we really only had to sleep there and that’s it. It definitely could use some upgrades. But it did the job.

Not a nice place.
To pull out sofa was broken and while my daughters were laying on it the bed folded back into the couch. That was extremely dangerous! They're supposed to provide breakfast but they didn't even have coffee available! When I first arrived they told me that they had overbooked and I didn't have a room. I was about to leave when they found me a room. I wish I would have left. I stayed there before about 2 years ago and this place is gone way way down!

This property was terrible. Rooms were not at all like the pictures. The room smelled like 12 dogs and a smoker lived there. We went to turn the heat on and not even thirty seconds later the room smelled like something was burning and the smoke alarm went off so no heat. Pillow cases and furniture had stains all over them. I would never stay here again.

Worst experience ever!
Went to check in early after calling and was told we could check in an hour early over the phone. We got tot he place and they wanted to charge us 100.00 for an early check in. The place was so dirty and smelled of weed. So many homeless people sleeping outside the doors. The check in lady had dirty clothes on and was rude. Went back after our wedding at 1am and they had given our room away and had nothing to sleep our family of 6. Said they had two single rooms, we said we would make that work as it was 1am and our kids were tired. Then she wanted to charge us another 100.00 for their mistake! We then had to drive 45 mins away to get a hotel after we had booked this one 2 months prior! We will never use this chain again! Staff was super rude and all looked like they climbed out of the dumpster.

They didn't have breakfast or coffee, and we didn't find out until the morning. They should have informed us at check in. Bed was uncomfortable. Zero sound proofing in walls and a half inch gap at bottom of the door, so we heard people in the hallway all night long. No remote for the TV.

They dont use ice anymore, no breakfast because the truck didnt come, fire alarm goes off when taking a shower, homeless man slept outside our window, dirty couch bed, tv didnt work. No toilet paper, not enough towels. Room smelled like weed,the kitchen had no kitchen stuff to cook with etc.
