Not a nice place.
To pull out sofa was broken and while my daughters were laying on it the bed folded back into the couch. That was extremely dangerous! They're supposed to provide breakfast but they didn't even have coffee available! When I first arrived they told me that they had overbooked and I didn't have a room. I was about to leave when they found me a room. I wish I would have left. I stayed there before about 2 years ago and this place is gone way way down!

This property was terrible. Rooms were not at all like the pictures. The room smelled like 12 dogs and a smoker lived there. We went to turn the heat on and not even thirty seconds later the room smelled like something was burning and the smoke alarm went off so no heat. Pillow cases and furniture had stains all over them. I would never stay here again.

Worst experience ever!
Went to check in early after calling and was told we could check in an hour early over the phone. We got tot he place and they wanted to charge us 100.00 for an early check in. The place was so dirty and smelled of weed. So many homeless people sleeping outside the doors. The check in lady had dirty clothes on and was rude. Went back after our wedding at 1am and they had given our room away and had nothing to sleep our family of 6. Said they had two single rooms, we said we would make that work as it was 1am and our kids were tired. Then she wanted to charge us another 100.00 for their mistake! We then had to drive 45 mins away to get a hotel after we had booked this one 2 months prior! We will never use this chain again! Staff was super rude and all looked like they climbed out of the dumpster.

They didn't have breakfast or coffee, and we didn't find out until the morning. They should have informed us at check in. Bed was uncomfortable. Zero sound proofing in walls and a half inch gap at bottom of the door, so we heard people in the hallway all night long. No remote for the TV.

They dont use ice anymore, no breakfast because the truck didnt come, fire alarm goes off when taking a shower, homeless man slept outside our window, dirty couch bed, tv didnt work. No toilet paper, not enough towels. Room smelled like weed,the kitchen had no kitchen stuff to cook with etc.

It seems to have turned into an apartment complex. Reaked of pot going in and out. Musty smell in hallways. People partied all night in parking lot with loud music and smoking pot. The people upstairs apparently didn't sleep as we heard them running around all night above us. People living two doors down did alot of arguing. Will NOT recommend to anyone and will NOT go back.

The suite was dirty, smelled like smoke, and had various bugs throughout it. I called around 8pm since we were arriving later than we expected, even though Expedia said we had to check in by midnight. I was informed they didn’t have the kind of room I had reserved. I was upset by it but was assured that they would have a room available for us. We got there at 11:15pm. Check in required all 18 yr olds and above to give ID. It was a tedious process. The room was so gross I was worried we would go home with little bug friends. I would have gone elsewhere if that had been an option. NEVER AGAIN!!

Someone had used the toilet and not flushed when they left so when we checked in there was urine in the toilet. The floor looked like it hadnt been swept. When we went to check in the only person on duty was outside smoking and finally came in to check us in. The hall smelled like pet urine and not a pleasant smell Not a hotel that I would ever book again. There was no continental breakfast, only coffee. Not a 4 star hotel, maybe 2 stars. Worked in a pinch when we were exhausted but just dont.

The check in person did an excellent job. Lobby was very busy and was calm, helpful, and well composed. My room was clean a dirty diaper was still in the bathroom trash can. I was pleased with the accommodations

Overall the place was in disrepair. Fire alarms were missing from the room. The bathtub was a slip hazard with a concave floor and peeling paint. Recent poorly repaired tile work and peeling paint from existing tile work. Exterior of property had lots of rubbish in parking lot and grassy areas. Malfunctioning door locks on exterior at stair entrance and back entrance of property. Leaking water from ceiling in lobby.

Property was in a convenient location for my needs, and was affordable compared to most other hotels, especially since I had a longer stay, one week vs. a night or two. The property is older and not well maintained. Rug at entrance of lobby was dirty for days, large swipes of mud/dirt that could have easily been swept up for a better presentation, but was not. No housekeeping service. Debris left in hallways. Did not feel entirely safe. When I returned to hotel in the evening, I just wanted to get out of my car and into my room as quickly as possible. Despite being a good price point, I will not be returning to this Extended Stay.
