I saw 3 different rooms and settled on the least offensive due to being later in the night and I was with my kids. The first room smelled disgusting and was dirty. The second room was dirty and the A/C unit was not working. The final room was a little less dirty but the floors still turned my kids feet black. The tub would not drain water so I was given the key to another room just to take a shower. One positive is that the staff was very nice.

Dirty Dirty Dirty!
Do not stay at this hotel. It is horrible and not clean. Front desk confirmed he was aware of the conditions of the room and were still renting the rooms. Very dirty and unsanitary.

I really can't speak to the rooms as I never got to see one. I booked my reservation 6 months in advance, but there was no room for me when I got there. They did check me into 1 room, but I discovered folks were already in that room. The assistant manager kept saying there was a problem and he was working on it. After over an hour I got him to admit that the problem was they had no more rooms and there wouldn't be any opening up. He apparently didn't want to tell me that, but thought having me wait was appropriate. He was so worried about helping me find another room that I only saw him one more time as I was leaving - and he was smoking cigarettes at the front door

Dirty and understaffed
The room was generally very dingy, dents In refrigerator, very dirty frudge door handle, walls, broken furniture, broken bathroom door, scuff marks all over the walls, sheets were clean but heavily stained. The underneath of the beds and furniture had clearly not been cleaned in months if not years. In addition to the general dingyness, the room was not cleaned prior to my arrive. There were visible clumps of dirt on the floor, both sinks were dirty, the toilet was very dirty, the tub was dirty. The towels were still wet and dirty from previous occupants. I Asked at the front desk for it to be cleaned but no one ever came. I was able to exchange the dirty towels for fresh towels. TV didnt work but that was ok because I did not want to spend any time in the room anyway. The staff I interacted with were great, but few and far between. I was told they were sharing staff between three hotels.

I haven't stayed at a worse place in a long time.
Perry was about the only good thing here. It started with our rooms not being ready after 4pm. Then our linens were dirty, room had multiple roaches, and the smell was atrocious. We had to buy new linens because we never received any after asking multiple times on multiple days as well as candles to combat the smell. We received towels in our room only once during our 6 day stay and they weren't even put away but were left in the middle of the kitchen on our cooler as if house keeping couldn't be bothered to make the 1 minute walk to the bathroom. We spoke to a rotating cast of characters at the front desk who were kind enough to write down our issues and promised to fix them but there was never any follow through. If you absolutely have no other option I guess this is fine for an emergency situation where you have no other choice.

There Were Issues
I've stayed here before and this was my worst experience with it. There was no towel or washcloth in the room. The was only one garbage can, a tiny one under the sink. The bathroom door, though functional, was damaged. The towel bar was a bit out of shape (like someone had slipped and grabbed it to catch themselves). There were clumps of long hairs stuck to the walls of the shower/tub. The office chairs were dirty. the other chair and the bed were decent. Considering you had a poster about your cleaning practices, you were not operating up to that standard.

The entire building is desperate need of cleaning. Appears to have not been properly cleaned in months by the oily finger print stains on all the door surfaces. After checking into the rooms we found towels with literal excrement shoved into the bathroom doors. Grease and food drips and splashes all over walls, doors, floors, headboards. Holes in the walls in rooms. Tub surfaces are peeling. Mopping floors and vacuuming outside of the rooms doesn’t seem to be a priority either.

The bathroom area was disgusting like it never got clean there was toothpaste marks on the sink from whoever stayed in room before. The tub look like it hadn’t been cleaned. I took a picture if I could load it I would. The property is very run down too. Broken furniture and whatnot.

Just dreadful! The rooms were dirty and smelled bad - clearly overwhelmed staff were doing their best, but didn't have enough of anything (no towels, no breakfast food, no housekeeping during our 4 day stay). Food kept backing up into the sink. Bathtub floor was all torn up; furniture was broken, scratched and dirty.

Supposed to be a 2 room suite. No sofa in the first room. Also supposed to be king bed suite. Had two small full size beds in bedroom area. All floors and bathroom were filthy. Pubes on toilet-nothing clean. Black fingerprints on fridge door. No towels or washcloths in room the first day and had to call four times to get some and they didn’t get brought to the room until after 1 am the next day after checking it was supposed to be a nonsmoking hotel but entire place smelled like stale cigarette smoke. I will never stay at an extended stay again and would not recommend to anyone.

Didn't end up staying as they did not have room cleaned and available at 8:30 PM. Later said sofa bed was missing the mattress. Others started turning keys back in and asking for refunds because of bed bugs. Sat in lobby for over an hour while they looked at room and overheard staff talking about bedbugs.

Arrived an hour and a half after check-in time, was told it was still being cleaned. 30 mins later, get room. It was disgusting. Hair on towels, floor made all of our socks filthy, broken cabinets taped with blue painters tape. No blankets for pull out sofa. Missing remote for tv in bedroom. Forced to watch same channel for 4 days. Bathtub had slippery grime you had to step in to get in the side opposite the shower head. Toilet would not flush properly. Pillows were barely stuffed and lumpy. One key card stopped working on the 2nd day. Lobby, hallways, and elevator were very hot and stuffy. No AC on in common areas. Entire building smelled disgusting, including room, despite using lots of air freshener. Will NOT be staying here ever again. I would rather sleep in my car.

Terrible!!!
This is the worst hotel stay I ever had. The photos on the website do not show how poorly maintained the property is. As soon as i drove into parking area it looked like an abandoned place with trash, mattresses by the trash can. Felt unsafe. The entrance was dirty and food smells as soon as you walk in. They make you sign a questionable paper. The elevator has cardboard on floor. And the room nothing like stated on website. A window had a crack and hot air coming in. You could hear loud noises from people that seem to live there. A/c very noisy. We coulnt sleep and left early to airport for that reason. Couldnt find a room close by so we couldn't immediately leave.
