I rarely review any hotel, restaurant or any service in general. I only review if it is super excellent and someone definitely deserve a praise or on the other spectrum. Unfortunately, I have to this time. First and foremost, I don't want that employee in trouble. I hope she still has her job and all of the benefit that she is deserve. I just want to say a smile and a greetings will go far. I get to the facility very late around 11:40pm, still disoriented after the long flight, no "hi", "hello" or "how can I help you", she kept eating and give me a look (I don't know what that look meant). I didn't know what to do but fished out my driver license and give to her so she can check my booking. she said "you can tell me your name" and I did. she asked me for my credit card. I said "oh but i paid for my stay already". she said " This is for the damage if any and I saw a $404 charge on the screen. At this point, I just wanted to get over with so I can go to my room and rest, I decided that i believed whatever she said. I haven't checked my credit card yet. I will check in couple days if the charge is still there as she said "for damage if any". She gave me key card, tell me the direction to the elevator and walk away from the reception desk. I hope that I had this treatment just because she had a bad day on that day, not because of who I am. My night already ruined. Not a good first impression of Indianapolis.
