This is located right by the train station which was great with our bags. There is also shopping, restaurants and a fun little Harry Potter block if you are into that. The hotel has the amazing relaxing garden as well as it’s own shopping and restaurants. There is also Tullys coffee shop for your morning coffee! Our room was beautiful with a window view of Mt Fuji and the city.The staff was friendly and all spaces were impeccably cleanThis will be my hotel every time I visit Tokyo in the future

We have reserved with two adalt and two children. The Reservation page shows breakfast is included but hotel said it is not included for two children. Their explanation does not make sense for me because there is no mentioning in the reservation page. We paired additional for BF. Hotel was good but only this thing make feel bad for entire stay.

The hotel excelled in all aspects, friendly staff, attention to customer needs, food quality, housekeeping, and room amenities. Based on our experience we plan to stay there again. Our room in the Garden Tower was a standard twin, with a garden view and we were treated to an outstanding view of the hotel’s magnificent Japanese garden, the Tokyo skyline, and on clear days, Mount Fuji in the distance. The hotel is part of a mega resort with three hotel buildings. Despite its size we loved the convenience of dining choices and proximity to the Tokyo subway system. It caters to a higher end clientele and is in an area surrounded by government buildings, universities and embassies so we felt secure at all times. This hotel was definitely a find for us and easy to recommend for anyone seeking some luxury at an affordable price.

Positives: It is near a lot of restaurants and a major subway station that is within walking distance. The staff are also very helpful and friendly. The room we had was also pretty large and quiet, which was mainly what we were looking for. Negatives: The Garden Tower is starting to show its age. I stayed in a large deluxe room and the layout was unusual along with having a small outdated bathroom. We also noticed that there was mold on the ceiling in the living room. Big mold spots on an area probably 5 or 6 feet across. I took a picture and went down to the front desk and they quickly moved us to another room which had been remodeled recently and looked more updated. They also gave us a free desert for our trouble. Also the television was not a smart TV, and only had access to local cable channels. I feel like having access to streaming services should be a basic amenity in 2024. The breakfast at this hotel is also very bad, I'd say the worst I had in my 2 months in Japan. I strongly suggest you skip it. It was crowded and the food was lukewarm and honestly not very good. We paid nearly 5,000 yen per person felt very ripped off. Because of this experience on our first morning here, we didn't even try any of the other restaurants they had at the hotel. Final word: This hotel is ok, but it could be an incredible hotel if they updated the rooms and had a respectable breakfast on site.
