The stay was good except for a couple fighting and they were very loud. It was bothersome. The lady who was available to assist with breakfast wasn't very pleasant. There was no cream cheese for the bagels.

We originally had one room. The keys didnt work because the battery in the door was dead. So then we go to another floor/room. The toilet didnt flush and the light switch in the bathroom did not work. Then we were moved to another room as a free upgrade. One bedroom suite. The shower door would barely budge. My husband had to open it for me. The entire track of the shower door was fikthy and had calcium build up and a dead stink bug. The bedroom t.v. also didnt work!

I have stayed at this property dozens of times over the years. It's still in decent condition but it needs a little TLC. More concerning than that is their staff. They either need to train their employees on customer service or replace them.

We paid extra for breakfast. No breakfast or coffee was provided. The breakfast person was a no show was the excuse. The front desk person told me to make coffee in my room except part of the coffee pot was missing. No partial refund was offered by management. Very unprofessional staff and poor experience.

Could have been better.
Front desk clerk was nice and ready for us. Our room had a cleaning rag left on the floor, the air in one of our rooms wasn't working very well and the ceiling fan was broken. For the cost of over $300, the rooms should be in better condition. Breakfast was okay. Well stocked. Would have liked bacon instead of sausage at least one of the days but that is preference only.

The receptionist was very helpful & friendly. Unfortunately our room had one bed with a broken frame. We reported it and nobody came to fix it. The room was not cleaned very well and had garbage on the floor when we arrived. The jacuzzi was also broken and the pool had stuff floating in it.

No sleep! The room next yo us paeties until almost 2AM. We called the front desk 3 times and asked for the issue to be taken care of. But it was not. In the morning, I asked for a refund and was told because I booked through Hotels.com, I couldn't be refunded and that is why I should have called the hotel directly.
