Nicely located property, friendly and helpful staff. However, the rooms are quite dated, and the carpets appear to have been treated with a very strong chemical or disinfectant that left a very bad smell in hallway and rooms. With some investment in modernization, could be an outstanding stay.

Poor quality food not fresh
Everything was fine except the 'todays special' which was clearly not fresh, and as I like good food, this spoiled the trip. Also, the Mobile reception is dreadful, mostly 3G which is useless, as well as the WiFi being terrible which even the staff commented on.

Clean, nice loch view, friendly staff. A decent place. The room itself was unremarkable. Breakfast was good. The negatives were that door rattled whenever the fire doors in the hall were opened and closed, noise from the hall easily penetrates into the room, and if you have a loch view room you can get the occasional waft of cigarette smoke from the restaurant patio below. Our toilet also took some finagling to flush. Thankfully things were quiet overnight so I slept fine. Short drive to many activities around Loch Ness. Breakfast was enjoyed with a brilliant view of the loch.

Ideal für eine Nacht!
Ideal um eine Nacht zu verbringen, Zimmer sind zwar etwas klein und auch das Bad ist winzig, aber alles neu eingerichtet und recht ansprechend, Parkplatz direkt dabei, Restaurant mit schöner Sicht auf Loch Ness, und sowohl das Abendessen als auch das Frühstück haben sehr gut geschmeckt

If you want an easy location for a Loch Ness boat tour this is the place to stay. Beautiful view of Loch Ness and a 2 minute walk to buy your ticket and step on the boat for a tour. Genius!!

Great Location
Was the 2nd time I've stayed here and both times we're great. Great Breakfast, Great Staff and room was Comfy with great shower. Our room #5 needed some toilet attention, loose seat and difficult to flush, handle loose as well. Will stay again!

Great stay, very comfortable bed and pillow and extremely clean. Were in the outbuilding which was great. However rooms 101 and 102 had no place or hook to hang a thing and after arriving soaking wet would have loved to be able to hang up our jackets. The rooms could also benefit from a mirror for hair drying purposes. However very impressed with everything else and the staff were lovely.
