Altogether stay was good. Property is close to city. But Hotels.com did not provide the access code to collect the keys and enter to the property in time and we were stranded out side for almost 2 hours. The service of hotels.com was not satisfactory, they did not help even after calling them and informing the issue. They just washed their hand saying they are facing some technical issues and can not help and it will take 1 hour to give me some solutions. They told me to book anywhere else if I can’t wait for 1 hour.
