Awesome time in our non preferred jr suite swimout this week. We usually stay preferred but just booked a week ago. Didn’t feel like I was missing much. This is a beautiful place. Lots of chairs everywhere. I thought the food was excellent here compared to other Secrets we have stayed at. We have stayed at many. Service was great, water was beautiful,and the sand is the softest!

This resort is so relaxing and beautiful. I loved everything about it . we did have one minor issue regarding a leak on our room but they came a few times to fix the issue. The food and drinks were great. They have so many events and things to do

The resort was beautiful, and the service was amazing. The best service I have ever received. The entertainment crew (Erica, Jerry and others) were the best. My daughter is vegan and the chefs at all the restaurants were very accommodating, especially Alexi at the Market restaurant who personally made her meals and delivered them to her in person. Jesus swim up bar made the best non-alcoholic beverages for me since I don't drink alcohol.

Food was mediocre for it been a new and 5 start hotel, I expected more variety and quality. Other than that no complaints, staff very attentive like always in any hotel in Mexico A note to staff at front desk. They forgot to put the champagne and details for our anniversary which I told them at check in

Impresionante y bello este hotel, las habitaciones muy lindas con una limpieza impecable, desde nuestra llegada al espectacular lobby sentimos la calidad, Christian en recepción súper atento, el servicio insuperable,el Buffet parece un restaurante de 5* , el concepto logrado es maravilloso, su chef Alexis todo el tiempo pendiente de supervisar la comida y preocupado con los clientes, soy alergica a los mariscos y fui tratada por Alexis cómo una cliente VIP, pero pude observar que el era así con todos. Angelica la camarera del buffet, super amable,fue capaz de recordar nuestros nombres y lo que nos gustaba beber,increíble . Daniel,el camarero del Restaurant frances tambien un súper profesional, tratando de hacer sentir bien a los clientes. La comida excelente. Mi esposo y yo nos sentimos como en nuestra casa. Volveríamos una y mil veces. Felicidades
