Very nice place for vacation!!!

We were a little worried we wouldn’t like this hotel because of the bad reviews it had but took the risk anyways and it was definitely worth it. From the moment you enter the property, everything looks amazing. They help you with baggage and get you to your room as soon as possible. It’s very clean and calm. Very beautiful inside and out. The beach is gorgeous and the food is delicious. You have many options and they even serve you by the poolside. Would definitely go again!

The staff is awesome and they make you feel like your second home. We will continue to recommend this hotel to all of our friends. We are already planning our next trip and we just got back home today.

Celebrated our late honeymoon, will definitely comeback maybe for an anniversary!

We've had a variety of All Inclusive experiences, but this was our first RIU stay. It was an amazing, individualized experience from beginning to end, from the champagne greeting to the in room birthday surprise. Beyond the amazing views and beautiful beachfront, we were impressed by the cleanliness of the resort and the friendliness of the staff. They worked hard to make it a memorable experience for the guests. The Palace offered a variety of activities and multiple pools to accommodate everyone (party pool, activities pool and chill/quiet pool. They also had shuttle to a RIU Party almost every day for those that find that appealing. For us it was a relaxing atmosphere with just enough to keep you occupied and as an adults only, it was mostly free of young spring breakers, which is what we were seeking. There were great food options and for the most part, the food was fabulous. In our experience the wait times were fine for a party of 2 but seemed more challenging for larger parties as the specialty restaurants were a bit smaller, but there was always space at the buffet! We were impressed and I would certainly recommend!
