Every thing was great except 2 things. The room we were in for one night was awfully dirty. And the bar tender at the relax pool. He was not a regularly bar tender and he was temporary but was very rude. Every space in our room was having stains that could be removed. Service all staff and activities were fun. If you are open minded this hotel is for you. Topless

Lifestyle is great hotel not so much 😀

The location and everyone at the hotel customer service is great .. hotel is a little rundown … party and entertainment are also great … food options and quality not that great… their shuttle service was really bad we pay for their VIP and they never showed up at the airport and they were late too from the hotel. So we pay another shuttle for 70 at the airports an uber from the hotel for 21 dls …so you don’t save money and you can move on your own schedule and more reliable that their transportation.. also still waiting for our refund.. now with that say everyone at the hotel and the party life is really good that is way we booked … so we are happy but they can do better.

The pool party is always the best. Diego was making great drinks and it was non-stop. The people you meet are all so friendly and respectful. Food at the restaurants was very good too.

False advertising—promised a special deal that included a free tour to Isla Mujeres, but it was never provided. When I raised the issue, the hotel provided series of excuses and pointed fingers at each other, refusing to take responsibility.

Paying for a master suite that was infested with ants. The jacuzzi took for ever to fill up. Gave up after an hour of trying to fill it and only had 2 feet of water in it. The food was ok. The music at the evening parties was all Mexican techno and people didn't dance much. When people requested other music the DJ just ignored them. The best part is the party at the sexy pool. Great people and great entertainment.

Booker bewate this is a swingers property. We did not know that and were stuck with this crowd. Food is mediocre at best and the water smells awful from the pipes. This place feels like the 70s crowd of cool still thinks its cool and never left.

Temptation is a great resort for those looking for a sexually charged party environment. Went with my wife and we had the most amazing time the food was overall good. The parties were fun, and the sexy was on full display. Nightlife into the early morning every night. We will be going back very soon!
