Good size room with beautiful views. Lots of pools , awesome staff . Many restaurants to choose from. Good food and drinks. First time staying here and we love it. We will stay here again.

Simply amazing and very worthwhile. Staff, employees and service are so good, you almost feel guilty to be pampered as much. Food is amazing, amenities and hotel are spot on and people are beyond kind, bending backwards to make sure you enjoy your stay. 10/10 for sure!

Food is amazing!!! Tried a few restaurants here and all excellent. Very conveniently located close to ferry to Isla Mujeres (1 block away) - purchase Ultramar tickets outside ferry terminal. Shopping areas in close proximity and could be within walking distance if you're keen to walk although I would highly recommend taking a taxi or uber to get there. Grounds and surrounding area are well kept. Enjoyed our family vacation here.

We went for my daughter’s 16th birthday and had the best time. The staff and costumer service are amazing and kind. There easy to communicate with and address your needs quickly. They set up our room beautifully the day of my daughter’s birthday! There is a variety of foods at riu and all were delicious, servers were extremely kind, and there’s so much activities you can do or chose to do during your stay. Would definitely recommend and go back! 10/10 in all aspects!

Almost everything was great. Excellent customer service. Only thing is the room service food is lacking. They have very few options which they are only snacks. Even that takes them a while to serve you. But the restaurant and all other services are great!

I wasnt happy that on three occassions we had blood on our bed sheets. I had to call the front desk and ask that they give us clean sheets, minus the blood, before they actually did it. The cleaners should have dealt with that without me having to ask. Overall, staff were friendly but not overly friendly. Specialty restaurants were average. We have stayed many times in Mexico Cancun area. First time at Peninsula. Wont be back.
