I had a horrible check in, told me the room will be ready in 20 mnts and kept postponing me for 2 hours, ordered a burger at the restaurant while waiting and it was one of the worst i ever had. Got to the room there was no water (said it was a municipality thing) and same story of postponing and they had the windows open so it was full of mosquitos, each our they said to wait another hour. The street was too noisy and the window not sound proof at all. In the middle of the night i woke up to the bathroom roof leaking. Luckily there was water again.

The first room we got smelled sewage and the sheets were dirty. Apparently, the cleaner had not changed the sheets and pillowcases from the previous guests. The receptionist was helpful and changed our room. The second room dis not smell however the towels were dirty, full of hair etc. the isolation was bad and you could hear next door guests. The coridor smelled cigarette. This is at best a 3 star hotel which is a shame because with a little bit of cleaning and maintenance could be worth the money

Average hotel but good reception staff
There were issues with the electrics with no air conditioning and the light flickering before needing to be manually turned on from a mains by reception staff leaving us in darkness. We were moved to another room and the receptionist was very polite and courteous throughout. The new room was pleasant but probably not a 4-star hotel. More like a good 3-star. We then got hit by an extensive mini-bar bill even though we weren't advised it would include the separately provided water bottles.

Otelde klima var gözüküyordu ancak odada yoktu. Küvette sorun vardı banyoyu su bastı. Minibara çikolata alıp koymuştuk. Çıkarken kontrol yapıldığında tabiki içtiğimiz sularımız fark edildi ve ücreti alındı ama ne hikmetse unuttuğumuz çikolatalar bize söylenmedi.
