They merged the 2 single bed and I have requested many times to change the bed but it was ignored for 5 days. Reception staff was really weird. The staff that works in morning was constantly ignoring us because "he is busy". The one at night also not helping at all. Other than, hotel location is very good and rooms are clean.

Bakımsız ve özensiz bir oteldi. Odaya ilk girdiğimizde odanın küçük bir penceresinin sadece tül perdesi olduğunu farkettik, durumu söylediğimizde ilgileneceklerini söylediler ama ilgilenmediler. Bir tane duş havlusunda delikler vardı, el havlularından ipler sarkıyordu. Oda temizliğinden sonra odaya geldiğimde çamaşırlarımı yerde buldum?? Kahvaltısı da idare eder. Odadaki klima yeterli bir şekilde çalışıyor, bir sorun yaşamadık. Konumu çok iyi, istiklal caddesine yürüyerek 3 dakika. Genel olarak idare eder bir oteldi.

Great little hotel. Very well located just off the main drag, far enough away to be quiet but a very short walk to the action. Our travel plans changed, but the hotel refused us a refund on the last day, which was their prerogative but a little disappointing.

Generally an excellent hotel by Istanbul standards and for a reasonable price. The rooms have air conditioning, which is a huge plus bordering on a necessity in the summer months. It’s a little noisy given that it is a busier part of Beyoğlu, but the noise level was certainly not untenable. The staff were kind, helpful, and accommodating even if their English was fairly limited. There are minimarts and a few grocery stores within walking distance from the hotel, which was nice for extra water and snacks. A buffet breakfast with omelettes made to order was also a very nice feature of the stay. The hotel has a restaurant that serves food until 10:30pm, which is very convenient, and the view is spectacular. The hotel is also only a short walk from Cihangir, which is a very cool, bohemian neighborhood. Getting to the waterfront is also a manageable walk, though be prepared to deal with some substantial hills. Most of the travel sites will recommend staying in Sultanhamet. You will have a much more relaxed stay with better food, better prices, and a cooler vibe if you stay in Beyoğlu and travel into Sultanhamet for a tour of Topkapi palace and the Blue mosque. I’ve taken several trips to Turkey and this was by far the best, due in no small part to Corinne hotel.

I extremely had a wonderful stay at Corinne Hotel. It has a beautiful terrace restaurant with view of Galata Tower. The staff was very friendly and accommodative. Spent five nights and felt as home. The receptionist Tugba was very helpful and hospitable. Will definitely visit again.

A nice property. However, property electricity went off for 24hrs. 3PM on a Wednesday - 4PM on a Thursday. No compensation to guests during that period. No one helped with anything. No one checked if guests were OK. No elevator. No hot water. No where to charge phones / electric items. Guest relations needs work - when the electricity initially went off, the person at front desk said 'maybe 20 mins - 30 mins - 2hrs - next day...' and then shrugged. The following day at 1PM, (having to get ready for a wedding) when I checked when the electricity would come back on, so I could shower, they just kept saying 30mins. The electricity finally came on at 4PM. When I left, they said "we will offer a dinner the next time you're back in town". Yeah - no.

Istanbul with charisma
Great hotel, pretty and charismatic. FANTASTIC service as arrived early from flight and room was available straight away, made such a difference. And room was pretty and bed super comfortable. Breakfast on the roof was basic (and starts weirdly late!) but the view was spectacular, so all forgiven. Small problem with taps in room meant water kept dripping and toilet kept flushing but managed to fix it. And room was onto the main road which was noisy sporadically until about 2am which, if I wasn't exhausted, would have kept me up! So pick your room carefully if you're a light sleeper.
