I recently stayed at this hotel in Istanbul and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is conveniently located close to the main attractions, which made it easy to return to my room to freshen up during the day. The room I stayed in was spacious, with a good ensuite bathroom. The staff were exceptionally helpful. The front desk provided excellent advice on the best places to buy gifts and how much things should cost, ensuring I didn't get ripped off. They also offered guidance on various other matters, which I found very useful. Multiple front of desk staff some able to speak English well. One of my favourite aspects was the complimentary breakfast each morning. The food was freshly prepared by the lady chef, who also took care of room cleaning. The breakfast included a variety of sweet and Savory dishes, as well as traditional Turkish food and tea. The menu changed slightly each day, which added a nice variety. The breakfast area was located on the top floor, offering beautiful views of the Bosphorus Strait, with an outdoor section where you could enjoy the morning breeze. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul.

A pleasant one night stay in a clean and comfortable room. The breakfast choice was fair and the qualiry of food was good. However we were very disappointed with the female server who spent her time chatting to a friend? and in doing so was not replenishing breakfast items when they had run out including coffee and fruit juice.

The hotel was very good. They upgraded me to bigger room. They didn’t have elevator it was little issues for me. The area was great. Near all the tourist areas. It was all walking distance. The front disk peoples were very friendly and nice. I give them 9.5/10.

Esans hotel is just what it seems to be: a boutique hotel in Istanbul. This means, in part, no elevator. But Esans staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet was tasty and sufficient, the rooftop afforded a decent view of the Bosphorus, and my room was small but comfortable (I had a firm mattress for a bed). I would stay at Esans again.

Our stay at Esans hotel was very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful! They went above and beyond to assist in planning and booking activities/transportation. Special shoutout to the front desk staff for all their help! The included breakfast was very appreciated. It was filling and enjoyable. The staff preparing breakfast were so kind. Location was also great, very close to landmarks. Overall, we had an amazing stay!

Great for layover stay
I stayed here on a 17 hour layover. It was comfortable and clean, the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Prices have changed on shuttles to and from airport unlike the listing it is actually 50 euros. Shuttle was great. I did not get to enjoy breakfast as my flight was really early . The hotel is in a safe and convenient area , which suited me well as a solo woman traveller. It is not a fancy hotel but it has everything you need for a short stay .

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The room cleaned every day, mattress was perfect, the view was nice, staff was always very respectful and helpful! The rooftop breakfast was a nice touch! I think the only thing that could improve is the deli meats diversity for breakfast and greens, but that is a matter of personal preference. Overall, we loved our stay at this historic hotel so close to the Hagia Sophia and Topkapi Palace! Thank you for everything!

In this hotel they are liars, they don't offer laundry and when you book a tour with them in your own language they give it to you in the language they want to give it to you and they don't tell you and when you demand that you give your money back they don't They want to give it back to you, I had to demand it for a long time until they gave me the money back.
