I have never seen a view as good as the one from the roof terrace in the hotel, which is where breakfast is served. I have also seldom encountered hotel staff as pleasant and as helpful as those in the Henna Hotel.

Excellent hotel
Henna Hotel is a gorgeous small hotel, with beautiful rooms, it looks new, was build some years ago, clean, the bathroom water pressure is very good, great roof top views, very good breakfast and the people working there are very nice and helpful. Thank you Sema, Melisa and the guys for making my stay there, a wonderful experience! I stayed there twice!

The property was in a great location. The staff went above and beyond to assist us and were so incredibly kind and observant. The property manager was exceptional, he was always around to greet guests and answer any questions we may have. It's definitely our hotel in IST.

Fabulous stay, staff were very polite and attentive. We had 2 triple rooms for the whole family. Close to all the attractions, good restaurants and shops nearby. They arranged for us to go to a local hammam that was amazing with free pick up. Breakfast was great with lovely views. Didn’t want ti go home.

What a great place! The staff is so friendly & lovely. They went above & beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The room & bathroom is definitely tight but worth it. The breakfast was amazing with great views of the city & the Blue Mosque. It’s in a great location with tons of bars/restaurants nearby & walkable to the historic center. It’s a sleek, modern & terrific hotel.

The hotel is clean, but for the money... you can find it twice as cheap in terms of quality. Small rooms... I didn’t like that I was tired from the road and said, “Where can I drink Turkish coffee?...” They told me to go there... to the restaurant... I went tired... found... and bought!!! Usually, as long as I fly, everything was included in the service... for clients. In general, for that kind of money I could rent two rooms and with better service

We liked the warm welcome the staff had shown us upon our arrival in front of the hotel, we were helped by the staff to carry our luggages from the street into the lobby, we are a group of 8 Senior citizens and the help is greatly appreciated, the check in process is a breeze, the hotel is ready for our arrival, with rooms already assigned ,the staff also helped us in bringing each couples luggage to our assigned rooms. The rooms are clean and linen and amenities are top quality. The open rooftop for morning breakfast is wonderful ,view of the great river going into the Black Sea from the Medittarenian Sea, the Asia side of Turkey. The breakfast selection is amazing, freshly cooked, fresh fruits, good coffee. The rooftop staff are always available to assist in providing help while having our breakfast. Our group of 14 seniors are all happy with the hospitality shown by the staff, thanks to , Sema, Murat , Demet, and to other friendly and helpful staff. The start of our vacation and cruise ship vacation started in Istanbul, and it all started well with our stay in Henna.

If I could give Henna Hotel six stars I would! Beautiful boutique hotel about 5 minutes walk from Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace and Blue Mosque. There are convenience stores right outside and a road full of restaurants and bars. You will get hassled to go into them but it’s not too bad. The breakfast at the hotel is very generous traditional Turkish food with some western options but the view from the terrace is amazing. We would spend our afternoons up there just relaxing and taking it all in. The room was comfortable and exceptionally clean. Truly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in.
