What to say. I thought hotel was only suitable and convenient. . I arrived late night and didn’t notice much except welcomed by not friendly reception and very friendly bellboy. Breakfast was ok ish. Cold and no choice except Turkish maze and eggs on the platter. I don’t understand why breakfast was cold. Hotel location very remote area behind the airport which takes 15 minutes by taxi. Cost €30 each way or €50 two ways if you negotiate with transfer agents……!!!!! Around the hotel ….. there is a nothing, absolutely nothing, no shops, no restaurant. Only place that you want to eat is extremely over priced hotel restaurant. I attached the menu pics. Had meat balls which 5 peace’s of meat patties on extremely cold mush potatoes. Taste wise …… 3 out of 10. Other issues are ….. hotel is dry hotel. There is a no bar or no alcohol. Even not allowed to bring it with you also delivery food plus anything else. Weird. Hotel.com should advertise as DRY HOTEL. Room: I booked junior suite…… Ok not so practical. Small and dark. No bedside storage and no place to hang your clothes in the bedroom except you can place it on sofa or around the lounge room. I don’t criticise much when I travel but sorry guys I can’t be quite in this situation. Be aware when you book this hotel. After long flight if you want something to drink , you have to smuggle in to the hotel and drink quickly and quietly…… . Over all I won’t stay here again .

Staff were excellent and the property was nice. Tough to reach due to road construction and not many restaurant options outside the hotel. Facility was very nice and easy for airport access

The road to the hotel was terrible and was blocked by machines working on the road. The taxi driver suggested to drop us appropriately 400 meters away from the hotel . As we had luggages and the road was not paved we couldn’t walk that much and thus went to another hotel.

Fairly new well kept property. Road to the hotel is very bad. Taxi driver didn’t want to drive down it. Comforter on king size bed was queen sized so my wife slept in the other bed as it wouldn’t cover us both. Door to balcony latch wasn’t working.

The property itself is okay but is in the middle of nowhere. The taxi that they called for me to take me to the airport at daylight charged almost three times of what I paid to bring me from the airport to the hotel at night. My room did not have a desk. Breakfast and its service were good but slow. It is not a buffet.

The hotel is relatively new and needs a lot of improvement. I had no shampoo or soap but 2 hair conditioners. The food at the restaurant is good but very expensive for a 3 star hotel. Almost absurd.
