This hotel was clean, quiet and very close to transportation. While visiting the city for my first time, i was able to walk or hop on transit to get around. The staff were very friendly. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

This hotel was nice. The rooms were standard nothing special. The main problem we had was the mini fridge did not work. They replaced it and it still did not work. It is located in a closed cabinet that has no air flow. On a side note the roof top pool is nice in the morning

I paid for parking, but there was no mention of a height limitation for the Hotel Parking of 5'10" so even though I paid for parking I was not able to park at the Hotel and had to pay for parking at a nearby parking facility for an additional $70.00

What is a great experience clean any concerns we had the staff and security doth with it right away. The only thing we had issues with were people trying to see if our doors were unlocked multiple times and security deal with that right away.

Homeless around the area and lots of dog waste on the streets. Hotel isn’t responsible and it’s a SF problem. Overall good hotel and service, minus one for no air flow to reduce steam inside the bathroom when showering. Also, hotel clerk forgot to return my DL when checking in.

Probably would have gotten higher marks but they stuck us next to the elevator and it was noisy constantly. They need to add some soundproofing to the rooms next to the elevators.

Super fast check in. Super clean room. Comfortable bed and Dove branded products in the bathroom. Quiet rooms and lovely view from level 9. The bar was closed when we returned but the kind gentlemen opened it up and served us drinks which was very thoughtful of him. All the staff were helpful and courteous. Highly recommended

Stayed at this hotel with my family and I loved the location. It was convenient to public transportation. Bus stops and cable cars are close by. Felt safe as you need your room key to use the elevators. Our room was very clean and enjoyed the views. Great stay.
