Pros: Convenient location, smooth check in. Room was clean and nicely decorated. Hotel offers breakfast options at a cost, water bottles at check in. Cons: Parking is an extra cost (valet or self) and the hotel charges you an additional fee that is not shared at booking. Hold on card is $100, total charge at check out was about $80.

Nice clean room and the staff was great. But the hotel did Not have a microwave in this entire hotel….. Please invest in a few microwaves for your guest please.

Honestly a great experience. The only thing was the lady at the desk was very dry. I don’t think it was personal but she must understand that she sets the tone, being more enthusiastic would help. Also bartender upstairs older guy u are to serious. Just relax. Other then that GREAT HOTEL 5star

There was lot of noise coming from outside such as car noises, street buskers past midnight and occasionally even at 2-4AM. The AC would also make random rumbles during the night. Other than the noise, the valet service was very good and the front desk staff were very friendly. The room was spacious for our family, tidy and clean. When we needed to get extra towels, it was delivered to the room very quickly.

This was my second time visiting the hotel. Convenient location however I did not get my VIP access. Wasn’t thoroughly able to enjoy my birthday visit as I got a knock on the door from security twice complaining of “noise” 1st time we were listening to music, however the second time I was asleep on Ambien!
