They gave me a room that someone had smoked in. When I asked for a change they made me wait for 30mins in the lobby at 2am. After receiving the new room, they didn’t register that there was a guest in it and sent someone else at 3am. Then called me at 3:30am to confirm I was actually there. I barely slept at all. They then sent over house keeping and maintenance at 9am. There was always someone trying to get in. Felt fully unsafe. My worst hotel experience

I booked this property because they have a shuttle service to the airport.We were told they ran every 15-20 minutes We waited for almost an hour to get on that shuttle. Almost missed our flight. Other than that our stay with them was quite nice.

There was a $29 "destination fee" that they tacked on to the full Expedia amount, done at check-in. Would not rescind it. Just another "stealth fee" hotels are adding these days. It is not honest. The room was recently updated and nice, but the mini-fridge was quite loud, and the toilet also had an internal leak which made noise through the night. Had to put in earplugs to sleep. So . . . they are trying to make it nicer, but the hidden fee, noisy room, I will pass in the future.
