Lobby was very nice. Views were great. Rooms were nothing to speak of other than a bit larger than average. Free waters and coffee in room. Valet is unorganized. Lost our keys, also said the car was checked out and it was not. Wait times were often >30 minutes for hotel guests. Did not appear to respect the cars, drove fast and carelessly.

The female who checked us in spoke soft and fast. It was hard to hear and understand her. There is ONLY valet parking therefore you have no choice but to pay the valet to park at the hotel, we waited over 15mins to enter the parking because not only guests park there so the Valet was FULL! this was very disappointing.

I had a terrible experience with the staff. The front desk employees had terrible customer service and made me late to my dinner reservation. I ended up having to spend hundreds of dollars more due to the hotels lack of urgency, communication, care, etc. I will never go back here again and I wish I could get my money back or at least the extra money I had to spend due to the hotels front desk staff lack of service skills.
