Everthing went smooth except at checkin time. The girl at the welcome center was not polite, and a little rude. I didnt mind her but I just thought you should know!

The front office staff upon check-in are unfriendly; my receptionist had a negative attitude and an unfriendly tone making my visit feel unwelcome. The facility was nice and quiet in the rooms. The toilet seat in my room would not stay up due to the seat hitting against the counter. The valet were great upon check in and check out.
