The staff were pleasant. The bar(s) were not open or functioning. They did provide complementary wine or water, but it’s not the same experience especially if it’s a part of the Expedia package. Also, there is a fee for parking and there is very limited parking spots within the lot. If you move your car, you could likely come back to unavailable spots.

Staying at the moment hotel was fine. Check in was easy and quick, the staff were all friendly. A downside was that the tv wouldn’t switch off one channel. So I just turned on my streamer via my cell or laptop. Also, their WiFi was having connection issues. I had to ask the front desk to help me connect. Then, about 2 days into my stay, the WiFi stopped working again. The hotel itself was pretty quiet but based on my room facing the main street, I could hear the cars and ambulances when they’d drive by. All in all though, I enjoyed my stay. Convenient location, plenty of parking available - given a complimentary wine, clean room, self regulated temps so I was able to keep it nice and toasty, etc.

Nice, clean and quiet
We have stayed at this hotel several times while visiting family that lives a short walk away. It is very convenient for us and we have found it to be a nice, quiet and clean hotel. The staff is friendly and would recommend it to anyone looking for a hotel in the West Hollywood area.

The property looks like it has had its day in the sun. That day is not now but it wasn’t long ago. Looks like it was a trendy happening roof top bar. It’s getting run down fast however it was perfect for the price point to stay in West Hollywood and add end some concerts. Really it was great.

Nice staff and stay missing a few bells and whistl
There was no recycling, so that would've been nicr to have. Both bars were down and the 2nd floor outdoor one seemed nice, would like to have been able to visit and have folks over. The beds are fairly uncomfortable. Overall a nice stay in a good location with an incredible staff
