Enjoyed our stay here and loved our room upgrade. Just didn’t like that the fridge didn’t work properly and we could t store our babies food there. And the outside area is filled with homeless people which made walking a little uneasy

It was my boyfriends birthday, stayed at the Biltmore because he always.wanted to stay at this hotel. The hotel and staff are fantastic, the room was beautiful and very spacious. I cant wait to stay at the hotel again. The only bad thing is there was a concert across the street that could heard in our room. Of course was no fault of the hotel.
