This is an old very tired Motel. Had to get own towels and TP and no bath soap available (only small square bars of face soap usually found on the sink). Door closer was so tight it took two people to open it. We were visiting family nearby but better hotel options are available at same price point.

i booked the massive tv room and it was so beautiful, and the tv was truly massive (lol). great room, great staff, great area and a cozy bed! one thing that bothered my girlfriend and i is that the bathroom had a window above the shower that had no screen and was wide open!!!!! a few flies and a spider got into the room because of that, and we were scared that there were people watching us shower (window is transparent) ///:

Accidentally booked for wrong day, and when I contacted the hotel to reschedule they told me it was too late and there were no refunds. Told me to contact hotels.com and only got an automated response that didn’t help me either. Now I lost my trip and the money 😢

Great location; easily walkable to dining and theater and star walk (with a great donut shop next door). Quieter than expected (after the pool closed). Terrible shower pressure. Terrible. Had to stand up directly below shower head to get any water, unless nozzle was set to attack mode, which is also awful. They got me on the parking and valet - I thought it was optional. But I'd stay there again because the location was so good and the bed was so comfy.
