Friendly reception upon arrival and an upgrade offered. Beautiful room with a great view. The hotel is in a great location and the restaurant is fabulous. Would definitely recommend for a Santa Monica stay!

Overall nice stay and in a great location. Definitely a good choice to be in the middle of it all In Santa Monica. The rooms were big and had nice living area inside them. however .. Charged to check in early which is pretty unheard of. The bathroom light was flickering and so dim the entire stay. We chatted with the front desk and they said it would be fixed but was not. No shampoo, conditioner or body wash were in the shower when we brought it up the body wash wasn’t restocked.

We always enjoy staying at this location. The proximity to The Peir is one of its key attractions, the staff and the quality of its rooms is the other. Regardless of reason to visit L.A. we stay here.

Really good location for beach and shopping. Staff were helpful apart from one valet person who was just in a mood. Concierge, security, housekeeping... All were really helpful and friendly. Room had a subtle seaside scent to it but you get used to it. Facilities were decent. Good shower, lively toiletries and comfy beds
