One major downside was that there was no complimentary hotel parking at all. I was forced to either pay $55 valet per day or stay at the mall parking which was $20 every time you went in and out. Another thing we also did not like was that the room barely had any light. Our bedside lamp did not work, and the only light in the room was from the desk light and the lamp by the couch. Definitely not enough light, seeing as there was no ceiling light either. Did not like how there was no fan in the bathroom. However, the view was nice because we could see the Hollywood sign as we requested. Room service was also very pricey and the food was not as expected at all. Paid about $36 for pancakes that were not good at all (very thick and dry). Cleaning staff was wonderful—we would always come back to a clean room. Would have liked to have access to Netflix and/or Youtube on the TV. We were also unable to access the premium wifi we were promised, even with the code we were given: Called customer service and they were not helpful at all.
