Thus is a great hotel to stay at if your traveling alone for business. It's safe, the cstsff was extremely helpand polite. I appreciated the onsite laundry. The valet was expensive but their customer service was top notch and worth the price.

I did not have a good stay. The only kind staff member was David. The air conditioner didn’t work and when it did it ticked endlessly- keeping me up all night. I need AC to sleep! The was a crying baby next door who never stopped crying. The parking is 55$ a night. The WiFi didn’t work for the first two days. It’s in a great location that’s why I picked it. But not a great stay. Hopefully next time. Housekeeping was also very nice and did good work. Thanks!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The property was really nice and had great amenities, and was in walking distance to pier 39 as well as a heap of other shops and areas. The only thing I will say is that the soundproofing could be improved - we could hear a lot of traffic from our room as if a window was open so it was quite noisy. Overall we loved our stay and would book again

Didn't like there was no parking from the hotel itself, parking area close to hotel so that was convenient. Staff was very nice and hotel and rooms were always clean! loved the fitness center and pool area.

Newly renovated rooms and nice lobby! Convenient valet parking and super close to downtown Santa Monica and the beach. Breakfast buffet options could be improved. This hotel is great value!

It’s a nice hotel, clean and the room was spacious. I just wish you had better customer service, I requested for bottled water and the guy at the front desk said no one will bring it up to the room so I need to go down myself. Hilton hotels in Asia have better customer service, you really get what you pay for.
