The hotel and my room were very clean. They do offer early check in times for 25-50 dollars depending on the check-in time selected. I did take this extra as my plane arrived at 10 am. They also offer late check-out as well. The room had a single-use coffee maker, cups and coffee. There is a mini refrigerator in the room and a Trader Joes close by to pick up some nice muffins etc for the morning. The hotel also had an ironing board and iron and a hair dryer. For people that don’t bring their own toiletries they offer Dove brand Shampoo, Conditioner and Body wash. I loved that I got a room with a view of the palm trees. It’s a beautiful area to walk to the sunset strip as I came to see a show at the Whiskey and the Rainbow. The only downside is the deposit runs you about a 143.00 Canadian dollars per night which was 430.00 for three nights which people who have travelled a lot say that it was a very expensive deposit.I don’t know if this goes down after you’ve stayed more than one time with them and proved you’re not a bad person. This was my first trip outside of Canada on a plane and everyone at the hotel was very polite to me. If you drive parking is 50.00 a night.

The deposit for incidentals was more than our room plus parking was insane and upcharged they told me I would receive my refund back within 7-10 business days and I never received it. This hotel is such a scam! Do not stay here. The front desk lady was outside smoking cigarettes with her boyfriend and we were waiting inside for a hot minute before any acknowledgment. Really bad customer service.

Easy hotel to check in and out of, great location, great room. All round good room for the price. Parking is pricy as it is charged per night, but I was only there for one night.

Value was very poor. Paid $150 USD per night on Expedia and by mistake booked 1 day earlier so didn't show the first night. They cancelled my booking for the remainder and then made me pay $190 USD instead of honoring the $150 USD. I had no choice or I would have been charged for the 7 days and then had to find another place and pay another 6 days. The bathtub was black on the bottom and there was paint peeling off of bathtub. the mirror in the bathroom had chipped paint. There was a handprint on our headboard that wasn't cleaned. The WIFI didn't work as well. The only redeeming thing was a very helpful concierge. I would not stay here again.
