We chose this hotel due to its location on Union Square. We found it really handy for the cable car rides, BART system (we got this to and from the airport), restaurants and sightseeing. The hotel accommodated our request for 2 rooms together which was appreciated. The beds were comfortable and our rooms were relatively quiet. The hotel decor is a bit dated and there were a few minor issues like noisy air conditioning. There’s no restaurant for breakfast but there were plenty of options nearby.

A really nice hotel - friendly, great space in our 2x double room for 4 of us. Some bits of hotel look a bit faded but it’s central, nearby pine rest diner and cafe mason for breakfasts and next to shops and tram.
