The atmosphere was delightful. Walking into the lobby was bright and elegant. My room was spacious, inviting and clean. The hotel room included a kettle for my tea. And a mini fridge to store my medical supplies. I would stay again. All in all a beautiful experience.

This is a large, decadent stay in a great historic area of town, close to all public transport. The staff sometimes forgot minor things but very helpful when prompted. Some very good English speakers, but as always in Türkiye please learn some basic Turkish and they will be delighted and more helpful. We liked the smoking lounge, but if you do not like cigarette smoke stay out of the main restaurant in the main lobby.

The stuff was very rude the breakfast stuff make you feel so bad asking over & over that you need to pay for breakfast instead of just charge your room and go on with it the end of the checkout they should ask you you wanna pay upfront or charge on your card we ever wants to book it. Make sure breakfast should be included. Otherwise they will give you a really hard time.

Lovely hotel. Clean and very well decorated. Breakfast was great too, with a nice range and fresh omelette made to order. Swimming pool was nice although not allowed for children under 7 and you have to be wearing a swim cap. Easy access to nearby tram station to Sultanahmet and Grand Bazaar. Lots of food places nearby too.
