The staff were attentive and supportive, but the bed linens in our room were not fresh, I pointed out the spilled liquid stain, and they quickly took action to address it. We experienced multiple power outages during our visit, which was irritating, particularly when it occurred while we were showering, plunging everything, including the alley, into darkness for several minutes. The front desk informed us that they have a generator, but it only kicks in after the power goes out, and there's nothing they can do since it's an issue with the city.

Hotel looks beautiful from the outside however its not the same experience inside. The first day we arrived, there were lots of missing amenities. We complained about it for the whole day and were provided this the next day. The restaurant meal was terrible, ordered room service and had one of the worst food experiences in instanbul, we had to call them multiple times to even order this food as they were not answering the phone. We did not carry the right USB and when we approached staff to help with this, they were trying to charge us more money and tried to give us an old USB while keeping the new one for themselves.Pool and spa facilities are not great either especially for couples. Overall it was not a stay i would recommend to couples.

Excellent clean rooms Sound proofed walls Friendly and helpful staff Beautiful lobby Air-conditioning actually works Breakfast buffet has good variety and tastes good, good value for money Great location with good transport links We forgot a bag in the room and thought we had lost it outside, hotel staff contacted us to inform us the bag had been found and arranged a time for collection. Would definitely recommend staying here and look forward to booking here again for future trips.

The hotel was lovely and in a place where you can go walking to the local surrounding restaurants and the shopping mall. The tram was 5/10 mins walk uphill … coming back it’s down hill and much more easier . The staff were kind and helpful , the cleaning staff are wonderful and they do a very good job, anything you need they would help as much as they can and no matter what the language they say hello with a smile . Great people always smiling, it’s perfect as it’s a dry hotel and they have separate facilities for women which is great for all the sisters who want to use the swimming pool and sauna . Had a hammmam and massage from a lovely lady. very family friendly and great for us Muslim women who want to let our hair down in a private area . The only thing I would like to see is having weighing scales in the room so that we can weigh our suitcases.

The infrastructure was excellent, but I believe the service needs improvement. Upon check-in, the very first thing I noticed was a chewing gum stuck on my pillow, which was quite disappointing. For a 5-star property, several basic amenities were missing, such as a toothbrush, toothpaste, and a bathrobe. Additionally, the in-room locker was broken, which caused inconvenience.

As soon as we walked it I was stunned, not only is it such a beautiful hotel, the employees made us feel so welcome and the cleanliness was definitely top tier. I recommend for anyone looking to book this hotel. Breakfast was also amazing even if the room is full they helped guide us to the other room and we ate our breakfast still rather then waiting a long wait to sit. I can definitely say this hotel will be one I always will visit and look forward to.

Had to change room Within 5 minutes of landing, hair on bed carpet dirty fridge filthy . Spoke to the manager who assured me he had just checked the room . New room we moved into same issue hair in bedding fridge dirty mirrors full of marks cleanliness huge issue that needs dealing with . Excellent location staff semi friendly stayed in many hotels has to be the worst so far in Istanbul for hygiene . Location extremely well but let down by standard of the hotel up keep daily clean was literally make the beds up no vacuuming wiping etc dirt on the floor was always there family slept with socks on and covered pillows with clothes they had !

This was a very nice stay. The staff was nice and the room was beautiful. We got the family suite and it was perfect for us. The staff is very kind and the amenities were great. They have a gym and hammam that we a very cool feature that made it for a much better stay!! Highly recommend!
