no upgrade though when I asked the receptionist told me this is a superior level ( level 8 ), not the room
no discount on food and drinks despite I informed myself.
I told my room number wrong while ordering at room service, the one who answered the phone yelled at me on the phone because I said the wrong room number ( the receptionist connected the call so if had asked the receptionist the could easily have answered.
After reservation, I texted on Expedia and asked
if there is electric charging station is the hotel they said yes, which is true but you need your own cable, which I did not know,
And the hotel charges the guest for parking , which is not normal as I stay over several well branded hotels where they don't.
