Greeted warmly when we arrived, went to our room & was very happy with what we saw. Very clean, very organized & good size room. Nice sized bathroom, great shower, but, oddly placed toilet, 'facing a wall.' Quite happy to stay here again.

Unfortunately during our stay the hot water system was broken . The manager was doing all that she could to rectify the problem and came to say that there would be hot water within half an hour , this was at 9pm . Unfortunately we did not have any until next morning . Whilst I certainly appreciated the effort to fix the problem after hours I believe some compensation in the form of a discount or voucher would have been appropriate as myself and two daughters were unable to shower after a long day travelling
