Great staff, great location, beautiful rooms. The only thing is there’s live music until 1 am every night and the sound does travel. If you are looking to sleep early , this is not for you but if you want to be up late, it’s perfect.

Very noisy place. Loud music in the restaurant of the same property with live music past midnight, with windows and doors that are not adecuate for the level of noise. On the other hand staff was extremely kind and the place itself nice.

It's like trying to sleep in a bedroom located in the middle of a concert where everyone around the room is heavily smoking. I couldn't sleep there AT ALL. I had to cancel my reservation and move to another hotel. Worst hotel experience in my 25 years of traveling around the world. The noise goes on until the morning hours every day of the week. Staff will say rooms are sound proofed (they are not). They'll also say it's prohibited to smoke inside the hotel. This is true, nonetheless people smoke inside the hotel, including overnight workers. They smoke A LOT. Other than that, it's a beautiful and comfortable hotel.

Fabulous location and staff!
The room was gorgeous, with Ottoman style painted walls and very high ceilings. Very cool spiral staircase leading up to the rooms. The restaurant and the neighborhood are very lively at night. The neighborhood in general was incredible as well--so much to do and see and eat! But the really special part of the Sarnic is the staff--they were all very warm and caring and went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed and that we were enjoying our time. Thank you!

Friendly staff and meets expectations
I had a great short stay in this hotel. Awesome location and friendly staff. The room is also comfortable and the staff prepared me that there would be some noise at night (since there are bars, restaurants etc) on the street and they even gave me ear plugs. Overall had a great experience and would recommend. Very fair price too.

I had an amazing time at this real historic property you will feel the real wood nice smell the staff are sooooooo friendly more than you can imagine you will feel like you are having your breakfast with your dearest friends, speaking English as well, also they have nice restaurant you’ll enjoy ur night with different music style every night i do highly recommend and notice that i said it’s really historical I do highly recommended

The team from Sarni Otel was really nice and helpful even before I arrived, by helping with changing the date of my booking after I made a mistake in the rush. Already at the place, I felt very welcome and enjoyed my stay a lot. The hotel is quite charming, in a buzzy street in the middle of everything. The restaurant on the back, ran by the same owners also has nice music and chill environment. The only thing to take into account is that it's in a quite bohemian area, so it can get noisy on weekends, but I think that's the case in many of the nice parts of Istanbul...

Simply amazing. The staff was incredibly friendly and cute :) It is a super convenient location if you want to see Kadikoy. The hotel is just steps away from amazing restaurants and really close to the ferry if you want to cross to the EU side. The hotel room has really nice spacing. I really enjoyed staying here and definitely a would stay here again when I visit Istanbul.

Amazing hotel in the heart of Kadıköy. Great night life and live music provided at the attached restaurant. The volume may be high for those with sensitive hearing. The staff are all friendly, accommodating and speak great english.

Good for a short stay in Kadikoy (asian side)
In the center of Kadiköy area. (asian part) It’s an old house bur decorated finely. Rooms are not sound-isolated so that you can hear neighbours or street. It is in a lovely street with full of bars and cafes.
