Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
Kebersihan ruangan kurang OK, krn msh ada sisa minuman di kulkas yang tdk dibersihkan, air galon kosong, kompor gas tdk ada gasnya, info fasilitas sarapan pagi disediakan ternyata tdk ada. Tidak ada fasilitas air panas. AC yg hidup dan dingin hanya satu dr 2 unit.
